Accounts may be suspended for: failed KYC verification, suspected multiple accounts, violation of Terms and Conditions, incomplete identity verification for a pending large withdrawal, or suspicious activity patterns. To close your account permanently, contact our support team at support@368jili.net with your username and reason for closure.
