368jili Terms and Conditions – Know Your Rights & Responsibilities

1 Eligibility

To register and use the 368jili platform, you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 368jili strictly prohibits access by minors. We reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time, and accounts that cannot be verified will be suspended pending document submission.
• You must be a resident of the Philippines and accessing the platform from within the Philippines. 368jili's services are provided specifically for the Philippine market.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated are not permitted to register.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion agreement with 368jili or any other gaming operator operating under the same regulatory framework.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a 368jili employee or business partner where such participation would create a conflict of interest.

2 Account Registration

Each 368jili member is permitted to hold one account only. Opening duplicate accounts – whether under the same name, different names, or using another person's identity – is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all related accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your legal name, valid Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and any other information requested during the registration process. This information must match the documents you would present for identity verification.

2.1 KYC Verification

368jili may require Know Your Customer (KYC) document verification before processing withdrawals above a certain threshold or as part of routine compliance checks. Accepted documents for Philippine members include a valid government-issued ID (PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, UMID, SSS ID, PRC ID, or voter's ID) and proof of address where required. Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of request will result in account suspension.

2.2 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 368jili login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. 368jili will never ask for your full password by email, SMS, or live chat. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately at support@368jili.net.

3 Deposits

All deposits to your 368jili account are processed in Philippine Pesos (₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. 368jili does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees which are outside of our control.

Accepted deposit methods at 368jili include:

Deposits are credited to your 368jili balance within minutes for e-wallet methods (GCash, Maya) and within one banking day for bank transfer methods. 368jili is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.

4 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount at 368jili is ₱200. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, or to a verified payment method registered in your name. 368jili does not send withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

368jili may request identity verification documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly for amounts above ₱50,000 or if the account has not previously completed full KYC. Bonus winnings may be subject to additional withdrawal conditions as detailed in Section 5 of these Terms.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

368jili offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and existing members including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits, VIP cashback, and special event promotions tied to PBA Finals, Philippine Cup, and other major sporting events. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are stated in the individual promotion's page at the time of opt-in.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

• All bonus amounts must be wagered a minimum of ten times (10x) before any withdrawal of bonus funds is permitted, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly – only winnings derived from completing the wagering requirement on bonus funds are withdrawable.
• Free bet credits may not be withdrawn – only winnings generated from free bets are eligible for withdrawal after meeting applicable wagering conditions.
• Multiple accounts attempting to claim the same bonus will have all associated accounts suspended and bonuses voided.
• 368jili reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Members who have already opted in to an active promotion will have their existing bonus unaffected by cancellation unless stated otherwise.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Actions that constitute bonus abuse at 368jili include – but are not limited to – opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting strategies specifically to complete wagering requirements without genuine risk, colluding with other members to exploit bonus terms, and providing false information to qualify for a promotion. Confirmed bonus abuse will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus amounts and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

6 Sports Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on the 368jili platform, including PBA, football, volleyball, and all other sports markets.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only confirmed when you receive an on-screen confirmation and it appears in your bet history. Bets placed during system errors or during odds calculation delays are subject to review and may be voided.
• Minimum Bet: The minimum stake per sports bet at 368jili is ₱50. Parlay minimum is ₱50 per combined slip.
• Maximum Bet: Maximum stake limits vary by market, event, and member tier. Limits are shown on the bet slip before confirmation.
• Live Betting: Live in-play bets are accepted subject to network and system latency. If a bet is accepted after an event that would have affected the outcome (e.g., a goal that was not yet reflected in the live feed), 368jili reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake.
• Postponed Events: If a sports event is postponed and not rescheduled within 48 hours, all pre-match bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. In-play bets already settled before postponement stand.
• Abandoned Events: In the case of an abandoned match, bets will be settled on the result at the time of abandonment for markets where a result was determinable, or voided and staked returned if no result can be determined.
• Errors in Odds: 368jili reserves the right to void bets where an obvious error in odds was made (e.g., decimal odds of 50.00 on a heavy favourite due to a technical error). Such voids are rare and will be communicated to affected members.

7 Casino & Card Game Rules

All casino games at 368jili – including live Baccarat, Blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Roulette, Teen Patti – use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology audited by independent third parties. Card games including Tongits and Pusoy Dos are governed by the standard Filipino rules as displayed in each game's help section.

• Minimum bet for most casino games at 368jili is ₱50. Specific table limits are displayed before you enter a game.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino hand, 368jili's system records the game state at the point of disconnection. The game will be resolved according to the rules that apply to that game state (e.g., a Baccarat hand with cards already dealt will be settled according to the dealt cards).
• Color Game follows a three-dice random roll mechanic. Results are generated by a certified RNG and are final once displayed on screen.
• Any attempt to use automated software, bots, or scripts to play casino games is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and balance forfeiture.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 368jili platform. Engaging in any of these will result in account suspension and may result in legal action:

• Opening more than one account per person
• Using false identity information during registration or verification
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means or stolen payment instruments
• Colluding with other members to manipulate game or betting outcomes
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage
• Exploiting software bugs or system errors rather than reporting them
• Match-fixing or any attempt to influence the outcome of a sporting event that you are also betting on
• Laundering money through the platform or using 368jili for any purpose that violates applicable Philippine laws
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is illegal
• Threatening, abusing, or harassing 368jili staff or other members

9 Account Suspension & Termination

368jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion where there is reason to believe that a member has violated these Terms and Conditions, applicable laws, or regulatory requirements. In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or identity misrepresentation, accounts may be suspended immediately without prior notice.

When an account is suspended for investigation, the balance will be frozen pending the outcome of the review. If the investigation concludes that no violation occurred, the account will be reinstated and full access to the balance restored. If a violation is confirmed, 368jili may withhold some or all of the balance in accordance with its obligations under applicable law.

Members who wish to close their 368jili account voluntarily may do so by contacting support. Any remaining balance will be paid out after standard KYC verification, provided no outstanding wagering requirements on bonus funds remain.
